Dow Breaks 10,400 Support

The 10,400 level acted as support for much of Wednesday’s trading as prices bounced within the “00” (i.e. 10,400) to 10,415 range, with some very short bursts of trading below the “00” level. This seemed to indicate that the bulls were in charge and willing to keep buying at the major psychological level of 10,400.
