Client Support Specialist (New York)

Job Duties:
  • Consulting clients via phone, e-mail, and online chat.
  • Moderating the company forum.
  • Supporting clients regarding current marketing campaigns.
  • Handling client claims.
  • Interacting with company departments, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Complying with established client support standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer support (consulting), minimum of 2 years.
  • Basic phone and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to clients' needs.
  • Written and oral literacy in Russian as well as English is preferable, but not required.
  • Experience with CRM systems and databases.
  • Experienced PC user, with typing speed of at least 120 characters per minute.
  • Ability to learn quickly and absorb large amounts of information, in short periods of time.
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail.
  • Stress resistant.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Conditions of work:
