Client Support Specialist (New York)
Job Duties:
- Consulting clients via phone, e-mail, and online chat.
- Moderating the company forum.
- Supporting clients regarding current marketing campaigns.
- Handling client claims.
- Interacting with company departments, in accordance with established procedures.
- Complying with established client support standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer support (consulting), minimum of 2 years.
- Basic phone and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to clients' needs.
- Written and oral literacy in Russian as well as English is preferable, but not required.
- Experience with CRM systems and databases.
- Experienced PC user, with typing speed of at least 120 characters per minute.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb large amounts of information, in short periods of time.
- High level of discipline, attention to detail.
- Stress resistant.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Conditions of work:
- Voluntary medical insurance.
- Probation period: 3 months.
