- Q. Which credit/debit cards does Forex Club accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Note: Forex Club will not accept third party payments.

- Q. Which currencies are accepted by Forex Club?
A. We accept USD only. Note: If your credit/debit card is not in USD, in most cases your bank will convert your currency into dollars and process your payment. However, some banks will not proceed without preliminary customer authorization. You should contact your credit/debit card issuer, before making a deposit, and authorize the conversion, if necessary, to ensure no delays in your payment.

- Q. May Forex Club accept credit/debit card deposits over the phone?
A. No. Forex Club does not accept phone deposits.

- Q. How much can I fund at one time?
A. The minimum deposit for use of our online system is $100 USD. The maximum deposit is $100,000 USD per trading account, within thirty (30) calendar days.

- Q. How long will it take for a credit/debit card deposit to appear in my trading account?
A. Transactions will be processed immediately. However, please note that in some cases delays in processing may occur. If that is the case, please contact us via phone, chat, or write us an e- mail at info@fxclub.com. Please be sure to provide your first and last name, amount and date of the transaction, and your trading account number.

- Q. Is my credit/debit card information secure?
A. Your credit card information is secured by our transaction vendor's state of the art encryption technology to ensure that your data is not compromised. Your credit card transactions are protected by the strongest encryption protocol in the industry.

- Q. Will I receive a receipt of my transaction?
A. Within minutes of making a deposit, a notification will be sent through to your My FxBank page, and you will be able to see it in My Messages tab. This can only be done if you activate this feature in the Notifications of Service tab.

- Q. What is the withdrawal procedure when an account is funded by credit card?
A. Forex Club does not process withdrawal requests through credit cards and will only transfer withdrawl funds via bank wire or check.

- Q. What are reasons a credit/debit transaction could be declined?
- A.
- Address differentiation. Address on credit/debit card statement does not match the address submitted for transaction.
Note: Address should be written in proper form, exactly the same as it appears on your billing statement. Please do not write anything that is not in English since it will not be accepted by our system. - Credit/debit card limit. A credit/debit card bank has the ability to red flag large transaction amounts to prevent fraudulent charges.
- Wrong security code. Issuer's card securitycode does not match the code submitted for transaction.
- Transaction not permitted. Some cards have restrictions as to how they can be used.
These are just a few of the most common reasons a card is declined, there are several others as well. If you are unsure why your transaction is not being approved, please contact us and we will assist you in finding the problem and the solution.

- Q. What documentation may Forex Club require to allow a customer to deposit with a debit/credit card?
A. Customers funding with a debit/credit card whose billing address is different than their current address on file at Forex Club may, at the discretion of Forex Club, be required to provide a copy of their debit/credit card and/or account statement.
