Hi herblewis,
Log into MY FXCLUB using your username and password.
1) Click on the "Trading Accounts" tab
2) Click on "Open an Additional Account" button
From here you can select that you wish to sign up for a ClassicFX platform. Select all of the required fields on the bottom of the page and we will create the new account for you.
