Does anyone know how to be a junior trader for a company? I mean I know there’s a lot of positions for senior traders who earn a lot...but require so much experience.
I guess I m asking how do traders who want to make trading their job get started? what position do they take up when u have no experience...a stockbroker?

Sean, I don't think joining Felix and his Secret Forex Society is going get anyone a job as a trader for a company. I also think it costs $500 a month for signals and that you need to be invited by a current member.
Bryant, as for getting a j.o.b., I think there are a number of different routes. You will probably need to be young, say early to mid-twenties. A business\economics related degree or a MBA from a recognized University/business school will be a great help as will a good track record as a private trader.
Just like with most things in life who you know is as important as what you know, so family/friends who work in the business will give your chances a significant boost.
You should also be ready to take any position (or if you can an internship) in the company as a way of getting your foot in the door. Once you are inside, ask as many questions as you can, learn as much as you can about the business and give it your best shot. You might just land yourself the job you want.
