UPDATE:
at 12.50 am IDS let me log in but I cant still log onto the 1st servers (dealer servers?):
194.135.30.48:1006 DOWN
194.135.30.116:1006 DOWN
62.115.252.30:1006 DOWN
62.115.252.33:1006 DOWN
62.118.252.37:1006 DOWN
194.135.30.48:1005 UP (data server)
82.146.53.9:2020 UP (tick server)
Luckily the pre-orders continue to works.

at 12.57 (while Im writing this post)

Sorry, I apologize: probably this forum is not the best place to post technical problems.
Is support@fxclub.com the right address for technical questions?
I dont trust enough on my "english skills" to call u for these reasons but its always nice to know that I can use the phone to place an order but I would love to have a further instrument to place an order: a simple web page
where I could log in using the trading account and place my orders.
That's could be cool for people like me too dumb to speak a decent english and for placing emergency orders when its is not possible log on their personal computers.

anyway now (2pm GMT-5, AUG 2) all the servers are up and working.
