Explain? Lose2win.

Hello.

-I registered for LOSE2WIN.
-Downloaded IDSystem - 'Lose To Win'.
-Got e-mail. Activated account.
-Went to personal cabinet, activated LOSE2WIN account, got LOGIN and PASSWORD for the game.
-I open IDSystem - 'Lose To Win', type in new LOGIN and PASSWORD for the game.
-I wait.
-I get: "Connection quality insufficient".

What's the problem?

Two minutes ago I had no any problems in activating and logging in IDSystem.
