I've just created a new practice account after downloading Rumus2. I open Rumus2 and input my user ID and password and nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

This happens to me all the time. I've been able to get around it by going to the Trade Terminal, selecting Authorization, and re-entering my Account and Password. After I do this I get the warning message:
"Yor account was activated from another computer!" (yes it does say "Yor"
but my Account info gets loaded and everything works fine.

Now I know it's not only me so I guess the next question is what's going on?

BTW, it happens on my demo and live account.

Hello Charlie

This happens to me all the time. I've been able to get around it by going to the Trade Terminal, selecting Authorization, and re-entering my Account and Password.

Yes this happpens to me too! The first 'Authorization' window does nothing and I access the account via the Trade terminal. I have brought this to the attention of Rumus Software and I hope they'll fix it soon.

"Yor account was activated from another computer! (yes it does say "Yor"

This dramatic and mispelt message merely means that you have accessed your account from more than one computer. I think this is explained in the Help. Anyhow, Rumus software now know it needs correcting/changing.

An engineer got back to me and she said that this was down to a bug in the program which would be fixed later. Apparently, the authorization window doesn't always load 'in focus' and you need to click on the window to make it active. You will still need to authorize the trade terminal however.

She promised to fix this right away!

Has the issue of a bug been resolved? I'm still not able to log in. Thanks!

Hello plemmons

If you cant log onto your account via the trade terminal, I think you had better contact support@fxclub.com.

I thought I was getting this message because "technically" I'm logging into my account twice (once on start up and again thru Authorization).
I only have Rumus installed on one computer.
Now I just exit from the start up login window and go directly to Authorization to enter my acct# a password.

Well that blows my explanation out of the water!
