I haven't been able to log on to my demo account. Quite disappointing experience.

I assume it's the same username::password I use to log on to the support forums (http://www.fxclub.com/forum/)

I also called the number +1(800) 881-3809 but it says "This number cannot be reached from the area you are calling."

Please advise what to do next. Thanks. :confused:

You should also be able to contact customer support by clicking call me on the FCFC home page at http://www.fxclub.com/

Hi

the user name and password should have been emailed to you. It is different from the one you used to log on to this forum. Also it is case sensitive
