i am an international customer. i have applied for an account.

as an international customer, i have to provide 2 photo-ids issued by the government.

what if i don't have 2 photo-ids issued by the government, and only have 1 ( which is my id. i do not have a driver's license ) ?

You would then need to provide a proof of address, such as an utility bill.

I d sent email to new accounts department askin my account if already confirmed or not,but no answer yet. 'cause i cannt access to IDsystem until now,in fact i can log in to Fxclub.com,quite strange..
Please ur response asap.

i send documents and received email promptly with stuff that i forgot to send..........their requirements are a bit confusing

I can assure you we are doing our best to deliver best support for you possible and we appologize for any delays in feedback with you. Please keep in mind that our customers and potential customers are coming from virtually all regions of the world and there is an issue of time difference here. If you are applying for a new account it's best to make sure that you have sent all required documents. Our representatives try to contact applicants within one business day, but apart from the issue of time difference, sometimes they are simply not able to get through to the phone numbers you have provided. So if you have not heard from us withing one-two business days it may be a good idea to call us yourself, when it is convenient for you (just keep in mind that we work from 8 to 6 New York time).

One more quick comment. Please note, Member Area and My FXCLUB are two different zones. The first one is being created as Trader's community and a resource for free forex education. The second one is desgined as a very secure zone where you submit application for a new account and manage your trade account once it has been opened. Both zones have their own logins and passwords.
We are currently working on integrating the two zones, but it will take some time.
BTW, nothing prevents you from creating identical usernames and passwords for both zones, so you don't have to wait until our engineers integrate two zones.

i live in lebanon and when i want to fill the application my country is not listed ...can u solve the problem or such country is not listed in this system?

I sent all my stuff through in the morning - by the afternoon forex club are on the phone to rectify my errors when signing up. Should be all systems go in no time!!
