Super Quick Dumb Question

Hi, could someone please give me the times that trading is open based on US Pacific Time Zone? I live in Oregon, USA. That is GMT - 7 hrs.

I tried to figure it out myself but its confusing me. Everything is based on either UK or NY hours.

hey rf - im in uk and trading really gets going around 9am ish is that 2am your time??

Yes we are about 9 hours difference so that would be about right. I found this neat little gadget that tells you when the markets open/close/overlap
