my account activation

i registered for an account some weeks back.anytime i try to login into any trading platform of fxclub am always told my account is wrong but if i log in in the memebers area my details displays.i have submitted all neccessary documents. Pls help me.My account name is MUKTHAR.

yeah..we r the same situation here,

There are two secure areas which require different logins. First is member area. It requires login which you have created yourself when registering for a membership. The second secure area is called Trade Account Manager. It is for those who want to submit applicaiton to open a trading account or to manage an already opened trading account. You are asked to create username when you access it for the first time, we then email you temporary access code, which is changed by you when you login for the first time.

We realize it is confusing and appologize. We are currently working on integrating these two secure areas.

i had similar problem, but now its clear.....you can press register receive the email with activation link ....press that and then you can login,,,,,try it worked for me have several accounts for Lose to Win set up.:)

Maddox, you are right, it is very simple, just register, check your email, click on activation link and you will have access to member area. Note, if you do not click on the activation link you will have access only to forum. If you access forum without activating membership you activation key will be void. Since you can only get one key per email, if you decide to get access to member area later you will have to use a different email address. So it is a good idea to click on that activation link and never worry about it any more.
