"Frontier" spread question

I understand that before major news release you have to increase order placement spread (frontier). How much time in advance do you do that, what is the latest I can place the order before news economic news release?
This thursday we have ECB interest rate decision and 45 minutes later the Non farm payrolls. Is there any chance to place the order between them ?

Hello,
Firs of all this is not because we wide the spreads. All spread in our system are fixed. Second of all, there are no exact rules for order placement during the news releases or before so. Everything depends on the current market conditions but mostly order placement range can be changed one minute before news. Sometimes the order placement range can remain the same even during Non-farm.
