I just got my account activated this week and the incentive was still active. I did receive a form that I had to sign and fax (or scan and email) back to FX Club to get the incentive.

i have applied for anaccount since april and i have not gotten the incentive,i have sent all the documents i neede to scan but i have not even recieved notification that the documents where recieved.
