I'm I the only one who does not like the closing and reopening of positions?? It's not new to me as Alpari (MT4 Broker) use to do the same thing. But recently they've changed their roll over policy. They now keep the positions open and the account is debited or credited the roll over amount. I find this more convenient, and apparently so does Alpari, otherwise they wouldn't have change their policy.

Hello Charlie
What is it that you don't like about the closing and immediate reopening of current positions?
From a financial point of view isn't the result the same if your account is debited/credited?

I've seen in my reports that where my position is closed it is not reopened at the same price. This could work for you or against you. With my luck it will mostly against me.

It sure is.
I'm not use to seeing my "line of entry" move at the end of everyday and my pips reset. I like seeing my trades from open to "my" close and not have to look at the Day Profit, Gross Profit to see how the trade is doing overall. It's just my personal preference.

Hello CharlieM,
I am going to ask our developers to add additional field “Original opening price”. It might help to avoid report checking on a daily basis.
