Please lower your spreads. This will give great benefit to your customers. Compare to other fx brokers your spreads are higher. Fxclub offer Express platform with no spreads but it collects commission and that commission is equal to higher spreads. Please offer Auto chartist to all your live account traders.

Hello,
First of all I would like to thank you for your input. Your feedback is highly appreciated!
Let me just briefly explain why we charge $0.40 commission per every $1000 traded.
As you might know, most of the Forex brokers in the world are offering a spread based Forex Trading. Forex Club is always trying to be the most innovative broker and constantly implements new features to its customers to satisfy all their needs.
In our easy to use ExpressFX platform we do charge commission but we also immediately refund it to you if a trade brought you a loss. We believe that this is very beneficial to our customers and probably a best deal in the industry.
I also have to add that our commissions are fixed and same for all currency pairs available in ExpressFX.
As we all know, spreads can be easily widened at any time and a transaction become more expensive instantly. In our case you always know how much you pay.
Now, let’s take a quick look at the average spreads offered by other brokers:
EURUSD - 2.3p
GBPUSD- 3.5p
USDJPY - 4p
USDCHF- 4p
USDCAD- 4p
NZDUSD-4p
AUDUSD-5p
AUDCAD-6.5p
And up..
Our commission equals to 4 pip spread, and as you can see in the table above, we are a little bit higher on the first two major currency pairs, and lower on others. And again, please don't forget about an instant commission refund on trades closed in red.
To better illustrate our commission return policy, let's use an example and assume that a trade made 70% successful trades during a week. This means that during this week, 30% of his/her commission costs were refunded to him/her. At the end of this week, if you averaged how much he spent on commission, you would find that it was 2.8 pips per trade. Comparing that to what other companies are offering, our terms are very advantageous.
I hope you found this information helpful, and thank you for your time!
Sincerely,
Forex Club Support

I think the spreads are fair, you just need to trade with enough leverage aiming for bigger swings rather than scalping..
