double loss

I sold GPB/USD at 1.5904, and later on, my stop loss is hit at 1.5940.. My problem was, how i am deducted TWICE my stop loss amount?.. I checked in my transaction report, it is showing there that I am deducted 2 times at the very same time and price. I hope this is just an honest mistake on your side and that you can fix this as soon as possible.. I am trading with a small lot size, but 36 pips X 2 , is damn huge thing to argue. I already sent 2 mails to dealer@fxclub.com.

Please reply immediately to at least ease my feeling, because it bothers my trading routine and today i tried to log onto my Expressfx platform, i cannot get in, while my internet seems OK for i can connect with my other platform.

Thanks mayday for the reply.. I will look into it. My bad if I'm lazy to read the trading terms and conditions, which is very important.:(

I still believe in fxclub, they've been a great help for my 2-year+ training now. the pros are greater than the cons in my opinion. Anyways, I hope problem like this should be minimized. Every time is precious in trading, just like now, I just missed the big move in AUD news, because I am unable to log in:mad:
