IB Documents

After your IB Application has been approved by Compliance Department, you need to sign the standard IB Agreement, attach to it all the required documents and send to partner@fxclub.com

Check-list of Documents to be enclosed with the Agreement

If IB is an Individual:

IB Application Form Approved by Compliance Department - Download
A copy of valid passport or any other valid government issued document with photo
W-9 Form (for tax withholding, if you are a USA citizen) - Download
W-8BEN Form (for tax withholding, if you are a non-USA citizen) - Download
Singed Appendix 1 - IB Payout Terms - Download

If IB is a Corporation:

IB Application Form Approved by Compliance Department - Download
Corporate bylaws, Articles of incorporation, Certificate of Incorporation or Corporate Charter
Copies of Passports (or any other valid government issued documents) of all principals
Financial Statement (for the entity and its parent company)
Bank References

Signed Appendix 2 - Authorization to do background check to be signed by all principals - Download

If IB is a Partnership:

IB Application Approved by Compliance Department - Download
Partnership Agreement
Documents confirming the formation of the Partnership (Articles of Organization; Formation Receipt from a State Authority, etc.)
Copy of legal government issued photo identification of directors and trading agent. A driver's license and/or passport are acceptable form of photo identification.

If IB is a LLC:

IB Application Approved by Compliance Department -Download
LLC Operating Agreement
Documents confirming the formation of the LLC (Articles of Organization; Formation Receipt from a State Authority, etc.)
Copy of legal government issued photo identification of directors and trading agent. A driver's license and/or passport are acceptable form of photo identification.
