Quote feed policy
Forex Club is responsible for every quote it provides to its customers. Unlike other brokers we do not have "indicative quotes"; all quotes provided by Forex Club are real and can be used for live trading. If our system gave a particular quote, we are responsible for executing all placed orders to buy or sell for this particular quote.
Exact Execution
Exact execution means exactly that. All Stop Loss and Take Profit orders are executed at the quoted price. Forex Club is committed to eliminating "Slippage". That is why we guarantee execution, except for extraordinary market conditions.
No Re-Quotes
Forex Club uses RFQ System (Request for Quote), in order to make a trade, customers must request a quote, which is guaranteed for 4 seconds. As long as you place your trade in that time, you will get your trade at that price.
Non-market quotes and spikes policy
If an erroneous quote has been fed to the system, Forex Club will compensates all of the losses to their customers and honors up to $500 of profits per account.
