Sales Manager (Spanish)

Sales Division / Moscow

Responsibilities:

  • Stimulate the activity of customers to trade.
  • Conduct negotiations / communication with customers, identify customer needs, introduces consumers to trade approaches.
  • Fixes the information on the interaction with the client and the facts of activations and sales.
  • Provide consulting support to clients associated with the activation of their trade through phone calls.
  • Russian to Spanish and/or English to Spanish translation requested by any department, with the bulk of requests coming from Digital Intelligence, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Conduct market research necessary to advance our LatAm business
  • Conduct various errands/tasks requiring the knowledge of the Spanish language for other departments such as, but not limited to: payment systems, legal, finance, accounting, dealing, compliance, administrative, IT, IT products, Digital Intelligence, Security, HR.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Work experience in sales
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Native fluent Spanish speaker
  • Russian and/or English is mandatory
  • Fast and high quality translation
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with difficult cases to ensure a positive outcome for the company
  • Conduct market research necessary to advance our LatAm business
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
